It is considered to be a very big festival of Jagannath Temple [a very famous pilgrimage of East India]. On this day, lacks of devotees get together and celebrate this festival by pulling the chariot of god.
     Idols of Shree Krishna, Balramji and sister Subhadra are placed in the huge chariot and moved in the entire city.
     Not only in Jagannathpuri, but in various places on India, this festival is being celebrated. In cities of Gujarat like Ahmedabad, Vadodara, On this particular day of Ashadhi bij , a major group of devotees get together in large quantity.
     Actually, we all are the servants of god and he is our Master, our Emperor. In this world and in god’s abode as well, we have to serve Him and enjoy His bliss. To serve god is the duty of the soul.
